Firms warned over new agency rules
Yet more penalties of up to £5,000 per worker have come into force – Agency Worker Regulations. Any benefits must be made equally available to Agency Workers as they are to other full or part time employees from the outset of employment. The headings include:
- Car Parking
- Creche
- Prayer Room
- Canteen
After 12 weeks, Agency Workers will have the same work conditions including pay, shift allowances, holiday pay and bonuses attributable to individual performance
